Rates Includes :

•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge.
•	No Government tax is applicable on Langkawi Island.
•	Room Rates are inclusive of Complimentary Breakfast as shown above.
•	Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	The extra bed is quoted with 1 breakfast.

Terms & Conditions :

•	Rates for Peak Period are deemed to include Malaysia School Holidays, eve of and on Malaysian Public Holidays as shown below.
•	Resort to do accept booking during LIMA 2011. (Dates are to be determined)
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM 45.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of one breakfast.
•	No charge for children under the age of 12 years occupying the same room with parent (without extra bed – breakfast is chargeable at child rates). Child below 4 years old is free of charge.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Airport and Jetty transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or Group)
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit
•	Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day’s rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low Season
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 7 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Season
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 10 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
