Terms & Conditions :

•	A surcharge of RM30.00 nett per person per night is applicable on Eve of and on Malaysian Public Holidays as shown above and inclusive of the following dates : 01 January 2009 to 31 March 2009.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Single occupancy are meant for 1 person, Twin sharing for 2 persons, triple sharing for 3 persons and quad sharing for 4 persons.
•	Airport and Jetty transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly ( individually or Group )
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit
•	Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day’s rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low Season

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Season

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
